Gallery Pickup: If you prefer, you can pick up your artwork directly from one of our physical galleries (Paris, Cannes, Miami, Dubai). Select this option during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy:

You may return your artwork within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and with the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vincentbardoushop.com with your order number and a photo of the artwork. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
4. Customs Fees and Taxes

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective artwork, please contact us within 1 days of receiving your order. We will offer a solution, either a replacement or a full refund. Please include a photo of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
